Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berfokus pada Workshop Pemanfaatan Media Digital (Podcast) dalam Pembelajaran Menulis Kreatif Teks Narasi bagi Guru Bahasa Indonesia. Kegiatan berlangsung pada 12, 15, dan 16 Oktober 2023 di IPI Garut, diikuti guru Bahasa Indonesia se-Kabupaten Garut. Tujuannya meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengajar narasi kreatif dengan teknologi. Hasilnya, peserta mengalami peningkatan signifikan dalam struktur dan fitur linguistik teks narasi. Para guru juga berhasil membuat prototipe podcast inspiratif dan panduan menulis sebagai media pembelajaran inovatif. Meski beberapa menghadapi tantangan teknis, antusiasme dan komitmen peserta sangat tinggi. Workshop ini menunjukkan bahwa podcast efektif memotivasi siswa dan meningkatkan kualitas tulisan narasi. Untuk keberlanjutan, disarankan pendampingan lanjutan, pembentukan komunitas belajar guru, serta pengembangan modul pembelajaran berbasis podcast agar media digital ini dapat diintegrasikan secara optimal dalam pembelajaran di sekolah.
