Abstract

This community service initiative aims to strengthen the management of the *Posyandu Keluarga* (Family Integrated Health Post) by involving students from the Student Community Service (KKN) program, as part of efforts to prevent stunting in RW 03, Margorejo Urban Village, Surabaya. A participatory approach was employed, fostering collaboration among KKN students, *Posyandu* volunteers, midwives, and the local community. Data were gathered through direct observation, informal conversations, document review, and examination of *Posyandu* records, followed by descriptive analysis. The results indicated that, out of 52 toddlers observed, two were identified as stunted. The KKN students were responsible for registration, service monitoring, administrative record-keeping, documentation, and providing health education. This collaboration improved *Posyandu* services, enhanced community participation, and contributed to ongoing stunting prevention efforts.
