Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to mean the analysis of the strategic framework of
printing services in Garut.
Design / Methodology / Approach - This research consists of input stage consisting of
external factor evaluation (EFE), internal factor evaluation (IFE), competitive profile
matrix (CPM) and matching stage consisting of SWOT (Strength, Weaknesses,
Opportunities and Opportunities analysis Treat), SPACE Matrix (strategic position and
action evaluation), BCG Matrix (Boston Consulting Group) and IE Matrix (Internal-
External)
Findings- Based on the results of data processing printing services in Garut can
start trying to run a strategy of market penetration, market development, product
development.
Practical Implications- The results of the analysis show that printing services in
Garut needs to routinely control the supply of raw materials, ask prices before buying raw
materials and equalize prices with other competitors.
