Author Guidelines

The general guidelines for the manuscript are as follows:

  1. The Manuscript is the result of community service that has not been published in the publication media or other publications.
  2. The manuscript does not contain any elements of plagiarism. The editorial board will directly reject the text that indicates plagiarism.
  3. There is no submission and publication fee and no additional cost.
  4. The manuscripts have been written in the journal format or template provided on the IJCE website start page
  5. The Manuscript writing guidelines and templates can be downloaded. Article writing templates and guidelines are available in MS Word (.doc) format.
  6. The Manuscripts are submitted through the OJS portal, authors are not allowed to submit via email.
  7. The Manuscripts that are not prepared with the template provided will be returned to the author before the review process.
  8. The author is willing to sign the "Statement of Authenticity of Articles and has never been published before". The letter can be downloaded on the home page of this website. Then, the author is required to upload the letter as an attachment / additional document once the initial submission is made.
