The Effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction of AHHAS Honda Garut Motorcycle Workshop
Abstract
This research discusses the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine and analyze whether there is a significant influence on service quality on customer satisfaction of AHHAS Honda Garut Motorcycle Workshop. Researchers used quantitative research on 58 respondents who had improved the AHHAS Honda Garut Motorcycle Benmgkel. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression with Statistical Product and Service Solution 20 (SPSS) application. The measurement scale used by the researcher is an interval scale. This study concludes that there is a significant increase in the quality of service to customer satisfaction of the AHHAS Honda GARUT Motorcycle Workshop.
