Abstract
This study discusses the Comparison of Digital and Conventional Marketing Performance in Natural Viera Sutra Products, this study aims to determine and analyze whether there is a significant comparison between digital and conventional marketing performance on products by Viera Sutra Alam. Researchers used a descriptive study of 58 respondents of Viera Sutra Alam who had used their products. The data analysis technique used is simple regression with the application of Statistical Product and Service Solution 20 (SPSS). The measurement scale used by researchers is the interval scale. This study uses primary data and secondary data obtained from books, journals, literature, scientific works from the internet with relevant sources. The primary data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire containing a number of structured statements given to respondents through Google forms and respondents gave answers based on a Likert scale of 1-5, starting from 1 (strongly disagree) 2 (disagree) 3 (neutral) 4 (agree) and 5 (totally agree). The conclusion of this study is that there is no significant difference in the performance of digital and conventional marketing on Viera Sutra Natural products. Therefore, digital and conventional marketing are as effective as Viera Sutra Natural products. This can be seen from its dimensions which consist of Market Share, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty, and Repurchase.
